仕事内容/Job Summary	• グローバルITセキュリティの実施: 米国本社のセキュリティ基準に基づいた国内施策の展開。 　ファイアウォール管理、エンドポイントセキュリティの導入、およびグローバルなコンプライアンス基準への適合推進。 • ネットワークインフラの設計・構築: 新規倉庫店オープンにおけるITインフラ構築のリード。 　ネットワーク機器（スイッチ、ルーター、無線AP）の構成設定、ラッキング、配線管理の監督による高品質な通信環境の実現。 • ネットワーク運用・保守の高度化: 高可用性ネットワーク環境の監視および最適化。 　L2/L3デバイスやVPN接続のライフサイクル管理、ファームウェア更新、高度なトラブルシューティングを通じた安定稼働の実現。 • インフラコンプライアンスとドキュメント管理: ネットワーク構成図および技術資料の作成・保守。 PCI DSS等の基準に基づいたサーバーラックおよびネットワーククローゼットの物理的・論理的な管理。 • パフォーマンス向上と効率化: ネットワークの性能と安定性向上のための改善提案。自動化技術の活用による、現場の運用負荷軽減とオペレーションの効率化。 • Global IT Security Implementation: Localize and deploy global security standards and policies from the US headquarters. This includes managing firewall configurations, endpoint security, and ensuring strict alignment with global compliance frameworks. • Network Infrastructure Design & Deployment: Lead the IT infrastructure setup for new warehouse openings. Responsible for hardware configuration (Switches, Routers, Wireless APs), racking, and cabling oversight to ensure high-performance connectivity. • Advanced Network Operations & Maintenance: Monitor and optimize high-availability network environments. Perform lifecycle management, firmware updates, and complex troubleshooting for L2/L3 devices and VPN connections. • Infrastructure Compliance & Documentation: Maintain precise network diagrams (IDF/MDF maps) and technical documentation. Ensure all server rooms and network closets comply with physical and logical security standards (e.g., PCI DSS). • Performance Optimization: Propose and implement solutions to enhance network performance and stability, utilizing automation to streamline operational tasks at warehouse locations. （変更の範囲：会社の定める業務） （Changes in scope of work to be performed: Work determined by Costco.）

応募資格/Required Skilles	【必須条件】 ・ネットワークエンジニアリング、インフラ設計、またはサーバー管理における実務経験をお持ちの方。 ・技術スキル: L2/L3ネットワーク機器、ファイアウォール、無線LANインフラの構築・運用に関する実地経験。 ・柔軟性と解決力: 予期せぬ技術的課題に対しても、前向きかつ柔軟に解決策を見出せる方。 ・管理能力: 円滑なコミュニケーションを通じ、インフラプロジェクトや日々の業務進捗を正確に管理できる方。 ・語学力: ビジネスレベルの英語力、およびネイティブレベルの日本語力（読み書き・会話ともに必須）。 ・Professional Experience: Proven experience in network engineering, infrastructure design, or server administration. ・Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with L2/L3 networking equipment, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure. ・Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to respond flexibly to evolving challenges and technical issues with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. ・Communication & Project Management: Strong communication skills with the ability to manage tasks, timelines, and infrastructure projects accurately. ・Language Proficiency: Business-level English and Native-level Japanese are required (both written and verbal). 【歓迎条件】 ・CCNA、CompTIA Network+、または情報処理技術者試験（IPA）のいずれかの資格をお持ちの方 ・コンプライアンスに関する知識： PCI DSS、またはその他のグローバルなセキュリティ基準への理解 ・業界知識： 倉庫管理、または小売業務に関する一般的な知識。 ・Certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Information Technology Engineers Examination (IPA) certifications. ・Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of PCI DSS or other global security standards. ・Industry Knowledge: General knowledge of warehouse or retail operations.
勤務時間/Working Hours	基本 平日9:00～18:00 1日9時間拘束Monday to Friday 9:00～18:00 9 hours/day
