職種名/Job Title Ecommerce Customer Care Supervisor
仕事内容/Job Summary This position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Costco e-Commerce Customer Care including but not limited to:
・Manage e-commerce Customer Care operation team, providing various services (i.e return, refund, inquiries) to Costco members in Japan
・ Manage escalations regarding E-commerce from Sapporo contact center and warehouse and monitor contact center KPIs to implement the right direction for the Ecom contact centers.
・ Manage sales audit, loss prevention, reporting team to make sure all the payment transactions are performed without issues and provide analytics and reports to the higher level of management team.
・ Reports on daily, weekly, periodic and fiscal stats and productivity
・ Show strong leadership and manage employees on and off site and train, teach, encourage, coach and feedback to the team.
・ Self-start and analyze the trends and the obstacles and find improvements without being told and being passive.
給与/Wages Depending on each candidates’ experience and background
勤務地/Location Home Office JFE Office
★2022年6月、本社を神奈川県川崎市から千葉県木更津市へ移転予定。
移転後は千葉での勤務となります
応募資格/Required Skilles ◎Must be older than 18
◎(For non-Japanese)Spouse or Permanent Visa in Japan is necessary
◎(For non-Japanese)Japanese business level (reading、 writing、 speaking)

・Strong English to communicate with oversea SIP team, and native level of Japanese communication skills to work with Buying team and outside vendors.
・Organized, self-starter with problem solving skills, strong execution, and sense of urgency
・Proven effective communication with all levels within the organization – both written and verbal
・ Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational and research skills
・ No schedule restrictions. Must have open availability for all shifts including weekends if business needs merit
・ Extremely responsive, proven ability to deal with conflict and work under pressure
・ Experience using Query, Microsoft Office – Excel and Word, Google and AS400.
・ Proven positive, mature and professional attitude

・Familiarity with Costco E-commerce business and its customer service
・ The experience of Costco Warehouse operations such as membership, return, and etc.
