| 仕事内容/Job Summary | 全倉庫店の商品の適正在庫管理が主な業務になります。 日本全国に36の倉庫店を展開しており、取扱商品は約3500種類です。 商品購買部は、商品カテゴリー別に30以上のチームから構成されています。 ・在庫、納品の管理 すべての倉庫店における在庫は社内システムで一元管理していますが、 商品のジャンル毎にチームで分けておりチーム体制で管理を行っています。 ・商品発注 主にメールと電話でやり取りを行います。納期の確認や配送業者の手配確認も担当いただきます。 ・各倉庫店との連携業務 納品後は各倉庫店は連絡を行い商品が店頭に並んでいるか確認します。 商品配送後の確認も重要な業務です。 ・国内外の取引先とメールや電話で商品発注業務 ・配送センターとの連携 ・返品管理 入社後は、配属部署の先輩が教育担当となりシステムの使い方を含め、発注・管理の流れまで教えます。 また、専属のトレーナーがついて、実際の業務を行いながらOJTで教えます。 ・Accurate Inventory replenishment for all warehouses ・Supporting Buyers ・Correspondence with suppliers and warehouses ・Domestic and International supplier communication on various issues from delivery appointments to new item approval. （変更の範囲：会社の定める業務） （Changes in scope of work to be performed: Work determined by Costco.） |
